Hanasecret: For online business yes! But for fashion retailing, it has been over 10 years for now.
2. How long have you been in this industry?
Hanasecret: Hanasecret.com is turning 3 years old soon.
3. What was the reason for you to start this business?
Hanasecret: The thriving of passion in fashion makes us want to create fuss-free shopping experience for our shoppers. Just a click away!
4. What future plans do you have for this business?
Hanasecret: We are striving on becoming a one-stop fashion retailer for this business.
5. What is the business current situation?
Hanasecret: We are still coping with our manufactured designs. We are hoping to bring in the best designs & quality for our consumers.
6. What are the difficulties faced?
Hanasecret: Sometimes, we have difficulties in meeting the standards or likings of the designs brought in. And online business can be competitive yet it is also hard to establish own customer base. We are lucky enough to have a bunch of supportive customers [smiles].
7. What other benefits do you have by starting this online business besides the monetary reward?
Hanasecret: We’ve made a lot of new awesome friends such as photographers, models, customers and many more.
8. What was the main thing that motivates you to continue with this business despite the unfavourable conditions?
Hanasecret: When happy buyers comment/email us with how much they’re in love with Hanasecret [awes].
9. Where do you seek for customers?
Hanasecret: We strongly believe in the word of mouth.
10. How do you boost your popularity online?
Hanasecret: We are not sure if we are popular online, however we do believe that only by constant marketing that we can be popular one day.
11. What exactly makes your online business stand out from the rest?
Hanasecret: We believe that our customer’s service is beyond expectations. Although there is ups and downs along the way but we always ensure that customers is always our priority.
12. What are the most memorable events or lessons learnt from starting this online business?
Hanasecret: We learnt that patience is the key.
13. Do you think starting this online business has impacted your life?
Hanasecret: Yes. It was much harder to maintain an online business store that one can imagine.
